Membership Terms
Last updated May 7, 2026
These Membership Terms explain how OnWealth memberships work. They apply in addition to our general Terms of Service and should be read together with them.
By purchasing, activating, or using an OnWealth membership, you agree to these Membership Terms.
1. What Membership Includes
OnWealth memberships may include access to member-only or premium features such as member-only guides, worksheets, tools, saved-account features, private podcast feeds, member-only podcast episodes, educational planning briefings, downloads, or other educational and media benefits we may offer from time to time.
Membership benefits may change as the product evolves. Some benefits may be introduced later, changed, expanded, limited, or removed. Unless we specifically state otherwise, membership is a bundle of evolving access rights rather than a guarantee that every current or future feature will remain the same forever.
2. Account and Access Requirements
Membership access is tied to an active OnWealth account and an active membership status. Some benefits may require you to be signed in, use a valid private feed URL, or access content through supported apps, browsers, or devices.
Your membership is personal to you and may not be transferred, resold, sublicensed, or shared in a way that circumvents the intended access controls.
3. Billing, Renewal, and Cancellation
Membership pricing, billing interval, introductory pricing, trial terms, and other commercial details are presented at the time of purchase or renewal. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, recurring memberships automatically renew until cancelled.
You are responsible for reviewing the plan details presented during checkout, including renewal timing and any introductory or promotional pricing terms. If you cancel, your membership benefits generally continue through the end of the current paid period unless your offer terms state otherwise.
Unless a specific offer, checkout flow, or applicable law states otherwise, membership fees are non-refundable and partial billing periods are not prorated. Promotional, trial, or introductory pricing applies only for the period described at checkout, and the membership may renew at the then-current plan price after that period unless cancelled before renewal.
4. Payments and Failed Charges
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. If a payment fails, renewals cannot be completed, or a charge is reversed, OnWealth may suspend, limit, or terminate membership access until the billing issue is resolved.
5. Member-Only Content and Private Feeds
Some membership benefits may include access to exclusive content or member-only podcast delivery. Access to those benefits may depend on technical systems such as sign-in state, entitlement checks, or private podcast feed tokens or URLs. You may not share private feed URLs or other access credentials in a way that allows others to bypass membership requirements.
6. Membership Does Not Create Personalized Advice
An OnWealth membership gives you access to educational and media benefits. It does not create an adviser-client, fiduciary, attorney-client, or other professional relationship between you and OnWealth. Member-only content, podcasts, tools, calculators, worksheets, briefings, and downloads are general informational resources unless we explicitly state otherwise in a separate written arrangement.
Membership also does not include personalized advisory, wealth management, financial planning, investment management, client portal, workshop, employer or organization financial wellness, or other professional services. Those services, if available, are separate from OnWealth membership and may require a separate agreement, eligibility review, account relationship, fee schedule, disclosure, or set of terms with the relevant provider.
For the broader sitewide boundary, see our General Disclaimer.
7. Changes to Membership Benefits or Plans
We may change membership features, plan structure, pricing, availability, or eligibility rules over time. If we make a material change to a recurring paid offering, such as a price increase, renewal-term change, or material reduction in paid membership benefits for existing subscribers, we will provide notice through the Services, by email, through account messaging, or through the checkout or billing system as appropriate for the change.
Some changes may apply immediately to new purchases while existing memberships continue under their current terms until the next renewal or another stated effective date.
8. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate membership access if we reasonably believe there has been fraud, abuse, account sharing that violates these terms, misuse of member-only delivery systems, or other violations of applicable policies.
If your membership ends, is cancelled, or is terminated, access to membership benefits may stop immediately or at the end of the paid period, depending on the reason and timing.
9. Privacy and Related Policies
Use of an OnWealth membership also remains subject to our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and other applicable legal or product disclosures.
